PROGRAMA

-Actividad previa: Comenzamos invitándolos a realizar una lectura crítica de los documentos los que estarán disponibles en línea a partir del 11 de setiembre.

-Semana 1: Lo invitamos a presentarse y compartir experiencias y puntos de vista desde la región, relacionados a la innovación para la agricultura con impacto en el desarrollo.

-Semana 2: Juntos reflexionaremos sobre los temas tratados en la semana anterior y el contenido de los documentos de base. Todos los participantes están invitados a,  sugerir y discutir  reformas que puedan ayudar a la innovación a tener un mayor impacto en las necesidades de desarrollo de la región.

-Conferencia electrónica en vivo sobre Conclusiones y Recomendaciones de la Consulta Electrónica

-Semana 3: Recibirán un  resumen final  sobre las discusiones y podrán hacer los aportes finales.

Tengan en cuenta que si bien el idioma principal de la consulta es el español, los participantes que lo deseen podrán hacer sus aportes en portugués y en inglés.  Resúmenes de los aportes en este último idioma serán traducidos al español y los informes estarán disponibles en español y en inglés.

Estimamos que a los participantes la Consulta Electrónica les demandará unas 2 horas semanales de lectura y participación en un período total de 2 semanas y media.

El intercambio durante la Consulta Electrónica se realizará mediante una herramienta muy amigable gestionada en el sitio web del IICA Uruguay (www.iica.org.uy) que permitirá visualizar toda la información del evento así como publicar en línea los aportes de los participantes.

Cada dos días el Equipo de Moderación estará enviando informes a las casillas electrónicas de todos los registrados.

AGENDA

-Pre-event activity: Began by inviting you to make a critical reading of the documents that will be available on September 11 th.

-Week 1: We invite to introduce yourself and share your experience and views from the region, relating agricultural innovation to development impact.

-Week 2: Together we reflect on the issues raised in the preceding week and the content of guideline documents. Participants are invited to suggest and discuss reforms to make innovation help to have a greater impact on major development needs of the region.

- Electronic Conference live about conclusions and recommendations of the e-Consultation.

-Week 3: Participants receive a summary of the discussions and make closing remarks.

Please note that the main language of this consultation will be Spanish, but you can also participate in Portuguese and English. Summaries of your postings in the latter language will be translated into Spanish. Reports will be available in both languages (Spanish and English)

We estimate that participants will spend about 2 hours per week in the e-consultation over the two and a half week period.

The exchange will be done through a friendly tool managed within the Web Site of IICA Uruguay (www.iica.org.uy) that will allow the visualization of all the information and to read and post messages as well. Every two days, the Moderation Team will e-mail to all participants a summary of the discussion.
